A five-star hotel in the UK where, precisely in Hersham Golf Club, Surrey will be built below ground.
The hotel will have 200 guest rooms all of which would be in the ground. In addition to rooms, parking spaces will also be below ground.
Later this hotel will have 2 floors in the ground but to keep getting sunshine, made 3 holes (ring) that will allow the sunlight.
Hotel is also environmentally friendly because it will adopt some things like Rain Harvesting, Gray Water Recycling and certainly including the Green Roof with a roof which is a golf course.
Hotel development plans in this land is part of the desire to protect green areas that used to play golf so that later the hotel will be under the golf course that was already there.

the proposed hotel is not in london it is hersham in surrey and in the greenbelt and will be opposed by local residents who will find a half mile road at the rear of their gardens where there are fields at the present time
A hotel that is environmentally friendly that's nice...Preserving the natural beauty of nature and protecting it...I'm sure guest would love the place a hotel within the golf club...Please provide a picture of the place.
Reardon smith has designed this beautiful hotel. Green Belt by placing all 200+ guest rooms underneath it! I think that this hotel is very similar to Dubai hotels. Is Reardon smith theft this idea by Dubai architects ??? Any how this hotel is also a package of admiration. How world is trying to change is same like Dubai economy.
The post is good but I don't think that all such qualities are enough. I have seen many hotels but the hotels of Australia made me very impressed by their well design furnish and good service. Friendly environment hotel is good to attract customers but good service also have same importance.
